'Merlina', 'Pinocho' de Guillermo del Toro, 'Avatar 2' y los nominados a los Globos de Oro 2023

Los Globos de oro 2023 se realizarán el próximo 10 de enero, teniendo como nominados a 'Merlina', 'Pinocho' y a los mexicanos Diego Calva con 'Babylon', Diego Luna con 'Andor', Guillermo del Toro y Jenna Ortega.

Los Globos de oro están por celebrar el 80 aniversario y ya dieron sus nominaciones a lo mejor del año esta mañana por George y Mayan Lopez, protagonistas de Lopez vs Lopez, quienes se reunieron en el hotel de Beverly Hilton para dar la lista de contendientes que abrirán la temporada de premios el próximo 10 de enero. Merlina, Pinocho, House of the Dragon y la más nominada de la televisión, Abbott Elementary, serán contendientes fuertes y favoritas del público.

El año pasado, El poder del perro y Belfast obtuvieron siete nominaciones cada una siendo la película de Benedict Cumberbatch la gran ganadora como Mejor película drama. Curiosamente, Steven Spielberg estuvo presente y se quedó la estatuilla como Mejor película musical por West Side Story. Ahora buscará repetir la historia pero con su biopic The Fabelmans, siendo postulada como Mejor película, Mejor actriz, Mejor director y Mejor guion.

La gran sorpresa de la noche, y que apunta a ser de las más nominadas al Oscar, Babylon, de Damien Chazelle. Aún no se estrena en México pero le ha dado al mexicano Diego Calva su nominación a los Globos de oro como mejor actor, quitándole el lugar a Gabriel LaBelle, el protagonista de The Fabelmans. Jenna Ortega y Diego Luna completan el listado de los cuatro mexicanos que estarán contendiendo por una estatuilla.

Los espíritus de la isla, del director Martin McDonagh, se alzó como la película más nominada con ocho apartados, una historia ubicada al final de la guerra civil irlandesa donde dos músicos se refugfian en una isla para componer música y ser recordados el resto de los tiempos.
